Competition :)
The final of the Malmaison chef of the Year is on tuesday getting kinda nervous for it just now putting together the final prep and stuff for it working through my time plan just now so i can try and pretend i am organised on tuesday when im actually cooking, not too confident of doing too well if im honest but it is all good experience :) Leave for liverpool tomorrow and will be back tuesday night to let you all know how i get on sure you will be glued to your screens all day waiting :P
